Accessories

We offer two styles of headphones.

  • “Over the head” headphones cover the ears and are lightweight and comfortable to use over extended periods.

Specifications:

Max. power input 200 mW

 

  • “In the ear” headphones (earbuds), although more discreet in appearance and modern in design, may not fit everybody.

    This style is more easily used by hemiplegics such as stroke victims

Microphone is an electret condenser type that requires no battery. It is a small clip-on style with a 2 metre lead.

Plugpac is an Electricity Authority approved unit. We recommend using a Plugpac (to save batteries) when the ALD is used for an extended period.
