Refund Policy and Warranty

• A full refund if the device does not give the assistance you expected when using the accessories supplied by Moore Hearing

  (Please return undamaged item within two weeks in original packaging.)

• Twelve months warranty (for parts and labour) against faulty manufacture on any devices manufactured by Moore Hearing

• Three months warranty on accessories (not manufactured by Moore Hearing) which are found to be faulty

• Products not manufactured by Moore Hearing carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
